How To Use MilkMate
1. Maintaining a Comfortable Posture: To start using the electric breast pump, find a comfortable sitting position and relax. Place your feet flat on the floor and hold the pump with both hands to maintain proper posture and avoid putting pressure on your waist.

2. Preparing the Breasts: Before starting the pump, use a warm towel on your breasts and gently massage them with your hands. This helps to stimulate milk flow.

3. Aligning the Nipple: Assemble the breast pump and align the center of the nipple with the opening of the pump to prevent air from entering the system.

4. Starting the Pump: Click the button to start the electric pump. At the beginning, the suction power will not be set to its highest level, allowing milk to flow slowly. Adjust the suction power to your desired level using the gear.

Important Notes: Do not start the pump immediately after turning it on. Wait for 30 seconds to allow the motor to start working. When finished, turn off the power of the pump first before stopping use.
