I am a novice sewer and loving every minute of it.I do a lot of dressmaking for my granddaughters, and I also do a lot of crafts.. bag making, masks, bowl cosies etc.. and it sews like a dream. Using the embroidery function is so easy too, just select the pattern number, make sure you have the correct presser foot on (which it will display), and off you go.

I have been sewing for over 50 years, and have 2 other branded sewing machines, which are equal to this one in performance, but were a lot more expensive!

Seems good machine so far. Although a little clunky and needs some adjustments will give it an oil when use again later today. I like that don't have to use the foot pedal as that was what was broke in my last one and looks like it would fit that one so might use for that. Instructions could be a little more clearer on how to use it took a few mins figuring out the settings as completely different to my other computerised machine. And I like you can limit the speed so I can teach my girls how to sew without risk of complete explosion of spew stitches going to fast. Can catch up on my quilt now and make pretty princess dresses for my girls again very happy with purchase.
